Do you need an energy label for your home? Through the application form on our website, you can request a label quickly and easily. We will contact you within 24 hours to schedule an appointment. Within 5 working days, we'll send you the energy label via email. How to place an order:
Step 1: Surf to the website of Betaalbaarenergielabel: betaalbaarenergielabel.nl.
Step 2: Click on the 'apply for energy label' button.
Step 3: Enter the address details of your property.
Step 4: Indicate whether it is a flat, a terraced house, a corner house, 2 under 1 roof or a detached house.
Step 5: Select the appropriate area.
Step 6: You will immediately see the price for the requested energy label at the bottom.
Step 7: Click 'next step' at the bottom.
Step 8: Fill in the billing details .
Step 9: Indicate that you agree to our terms and conditions and then click 'submit application'.
Step 10: Your request will now reach our scheduling staff. They will call you within 24 hours to schedule an appointment.
Step 11: Our energy consultant will visit you at the agreed time!
How does our energy consultant's visit go?
On the day of the appointment, our employee will first introduce himself and explain to you exactly how he will work. To start with, he will take some measurements. Then he will map out the heating, ventilation, cooling and hot water production. Floor, wall and roof insulation will also be carefully scrutinised to get a clear picture of the home's energy consumption.
All data is put into a database and from there the final energy score is calculated. You will receive the invoice via e-mail and, after payment, we will send you the energy label in pdf format. Would you prefer to receive the energy label by post? That is possible at an administrative cost.
Please note that the home visit is a non-destructive examination. This means that our energy consultant is typically not allowed to make holes in walls/ceilings to find out what type of insulation is behind them. So it is important to have supporting documents such as invoices, photos... available to prove this. It is useful if you can have these documents ready before the visit. That way we save time and you can start selling your house faster!
